As this school year comes to a close, we want you to know the resources you have used during this digital learning time will still be available for your child to use throughout the summer months. Please have your child work on reading, writing, and math facts each week to maintain learning.

Car Parade- Goodbye

 Hello Addison Parents and Students,

 We have some fun planned for you! We could not let this school year end without seeing each of you again. But since we can’t celebrate the end of the school year in the normal way, we are going to say goodbye by holding parades for each grade level.  Below you will find all the details. Find your teacher’s date and time for your class’s parade. All you need to do to participate in this summer farewell is this:  Decorate your car if you'd like and make posters to tell your teachers and other Addison staff goodbye.  Head to the Addison bus port in your family car and line up to pass by your teachers! They can’t wait to see you. Don’t forget that you can’t get out of your car but instead we will all wave and cheer! You should form a line of cars that will begin in the bus port, and if you arrive early, you can turn into the main parking lot and wait in the carpool line until it is time for you to head to the bus port. We anticipate that the line will form but should keep moving easily. We can’t wait to see you to celebrate the end of this school year! Special note:  We have a banner that will be hanging in the bus port that is especially for our 5th graders. We will leave it up after the parade for several days so that you can drop by later and have your picture taken with it!  Here is the schedule:
